Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Creations by Tasevski, Fähnernstrasse 9, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland, email: contact@mckella.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Hygiene Note: To ensure the highest standards, our earrings are delivered with a hygiene seal. Returns are only accepted if this seal remains unbroken and intact.

Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day voluntary return policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery
