Legal Notice – Conditions of Sale

Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through Mckella’s platforms, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Revisions

We may revise these Conditions of Sale at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Any updates apply immediately to new orders, but do not affect orders already placed, except as required by law.

2. Purchasing Eligibility

Only individuals who meet the following criteria may place orders:

  1. Have reached the age of legal majority (18 in most countries).

  2. Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

  3. Use a shipping address within the countries we ship to (as specified on the platform).

If you are underage or cannot legally contract, a parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf and agree to these Conditions of Sale.

By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

3. Product Availability & Quantity

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Mckella.

  • Products that cannot be added to the cart are not available for sale.

  • Quantity limits may apply. Orders exceeding limits may be refused or canceled without prior notice.

4. Account Registration & Guest Checkout

You may:

  • Register an account to manage orders.

  • Or use Guest Checkout without creating an account.

Even with Guest Checkout, an internal record of your order may be created.

5. Order Process

  1. Add to Shopping Bag: Select items. Items in your bag are not guaranteed until confirmed.

  2. Checkout: Proceed as guest or registered user. Remove items if necessary.

  3. Review & Payment: Verify all order details, addresses, and payment info.

  4. Placing Order: Confirm and place your order.

Orders placed via our Client Relations Centre are confirmed verbally.

We may refuse, cancel, or terminate orders at our discretion for reasonable grounds, including:

  • Payment disputes

  • Suspected fraud

  • Violations of these Conditions

6. Prices, Taxes & Shipping Costs

  • All prices include VAT (unless stated) but exclude shipping costs.

  • Currency updates automatically based on delivery address; verify at checkout.

  • Sales, use, and other taxes may vary by destination.

  • Shipping costs will be added at checkout and reflected in order confirmation emails.

VAT Refunds: For orders shipped to Switzerland and exported within 30 days, VAT refunds may apply under specific conditions. Contact us for details.

We may modify prices or shipping costs at any time. If an order is accepted despite a pricing error, we may cancel and refund your payment.

Changes in applicable law between order and shipment may affect taxes; in such cases, we will contact you to reconfirm your order.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for details on:

  • Complementary delivery in 2–3 business days

  • Personalization or limited stock lead times

  • Shipping restrictions and tracking

8. Manufacturer’s Guarantee & Legal Consumer Rights

  • Selected products may carry Mckella’s Guarantee. Contact our Client Relations Centre for details.

  • Your statutory consumer rights under Swiss law (FADP/Federal Consumer Protection) or EU law (Germany/EU – BGB/GDPR) remain intact.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Mckella excludes all other warranties, express or implied.

  • Our liability for any order is limited to 100% of the product price.

  • This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
