At Mckella, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, combining fast delivery, beautiful packaging, and flexible returns. This page explains our shipping options, delivery times, restrictions, and returns process.


Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

We offer complementary delivery within 2–3 business days for most orders. Delivery lead times and fees depend on your delivery address.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM benefit from express processing, typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • The estimated delivery time will be shown at the checkout page during order processing. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Personalization & Special Orders

Some products may require additional lead times:

  • Personalization services (engraving, embossing, bracelet adjustments): +1–2 business days.

  • Limited stock items: +5–7 business days.

  • Products requiring a CITES certificate (for protected species under international law): up to 10 business days. Notifications appear in your shopping bag for these items.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Pressurized or flammable items (e.g., fragrances) cannot be shipped by air and will be sent via standard shipping only.

  • All orders are beautifully wrapped in signature gift packaging and delivered in a discreet, protected box.

Delivery Locations

You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally.

  • Excludes military addresses, restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.

Order Tracking

If you have an account, you can track your order online once it has been shipped.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, exceeding the EU/CH legal minimum of 14 days.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Personalized items (engraved, embossed, or customized) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Sale items or limited edition products may have separate return conditions, which will be clearly indicated.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your Mckella account or contact us at contact@mckella.com.

  2. Complete the return form and obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in your RMA instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us for instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Additional Information

  • Orders are shipped with complementary tracking and signature delivery.

  • Customers in DE/EU/CH can exercise their rights under local law, including returns, cancellations, and complaint submissions.
